An ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a human resources generalist.
Experience in consulting or international development organizations is desirable. Knowledge and specific experience:
- Human resources in the role of a HRBP.
- Experience in performance management.
- Experience in well-being.
- Experience in learning and development.
- Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Knowledge in software: Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), Applicant Tracking System and a HRIS. Experience using Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.), Greenhouse ATS and Bamboo HR would be a plus.
- Languages: Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English (C1).
